The Slab Whiteguard is our version of the mid 50’s design with a modern twist. We chose what we felt were the best parts of the guitars built from 1955-56 and added a flatter radius, slightly larger frets and compensated saddles. This makes a classic feeling and sounding guitar that is slightly twangier than it’s Blackguard brothers, without some of the limitations found in the original.
