Returns & Refunds Information/Terms and Conditions

If a product is shown as "Not Currently Available" or "Low Inventory", please be aware your order will not ship until quantities are restocked.

If you need to return a product or order, you must contact RS Guitarworks within 30 days of delivery/receipt of your order to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Any items returned to us without a RA# or past the 30 day window will be handled at our discretion.

Any items returned for reasons other than defects are subject to a 20% restocking fee less shipping costs. Defective items will be replaced free of charge.

Items damaged during installation or due to user error are the responsibility of the customer, including soldering, forced fitting, etc‚ "If you install it, you bought it"

Exchanges due to errors in ordering (selecting wrong product) will be exchanged but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any orders that were packed or shipped incorrectly by RS will be exchanged at our cost when we receive the returned items in the same condition they were received.

Special orders are not returnable unless items are defective.

RS is not responsible for shipping errors/delays due to incorrectly provided addresses or disruptions with the mail carrier.

RS is not responsible for shipping orders that have been returned to us after delivery is attempted. If you are going to be out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive your shipment, please make proper arrangements prior to ordering. If we receive a non-deliverable package, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

For sales and other specials, it is the customer's responsibility to read all of the Terms and Conditions that apply to that event as specified by the newsletter and/or website.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact us when multiple orders are placed within the same shipping period. Otherwise, you may be subject to multiple shipping charges that are non-refundable.

All returns sent back to RS should be sent back in the same box they were shipped in or another box suitable for shipping. RS is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to improper packaging.

Any returns we receive that are damaged or lost due to improper packaging will void any refund or exchange due. Envelopes of any size are not considered proper packaging.
