The body is a mix of Northern Ash and old-growth Sugar Pine - finished in a super thin lacquer applied just like Leo did in the day. The Old Soul is topped off with all American-made hardware and pickups designed specifically for these guitars by Lindy Fralin and RS that have a unique wind and use three different magnets!
There are no off-the-shelf parts used on RS guitars and no corners are cut. You simply won’t find a better guitar in this price range. Every RS Guitarworks guitar includes a custom G&G hard case made especially for RS and our lifetime warranty to the original owner!
